T-NOVA is a NAATI certified translation agency providing document translation services for Australian visa and migration purposes. Our contact email is tnovatranslate@gmail.com. Company registration details will be updated upon incorporation.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
To provide our translation services, we may receive and process the following categories of personal data:
- Identity documents: passports, birth certificates, national ID cards
- Migration documents: police clearances, academic transcripts, marriage certificates
- Contact information: name, email address
- Payment details: processed exclusively by our payment provider (we do not store card numbers)
3. Why We Collect It
Personal data and document scans are collected solely for the purpose of completing your requested certified translation. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your order. Quote requests are used only to send you a price estimate.
4. How We Protect Your Data
All documents submitted to us are handled by our NAATI certified translator only. Files are transferred over encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS). We do not store original document scans in third-party cloud services beyond what is necessary for delivery.
5. Retention: How Long We Keep It
All original document scans and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days of order completion. Translated output files may be retained for 90 days to handle re-delivery requests, after which they are also deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Limited disclosure may occur only where required by law or by NAATI regulatory obligations. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider under their own privacy policy.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Governing Law
This privacy policy is governed by the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). For clients submitting documents for Australian visa purposes, we also observe the principles of the Australian Privacy Act 1988. This policy will be updated upon company incorporation to reflect registered entity details.

Our website uses cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is collected through cookies, and no cookie data is sold or shared with third parties.
